hyperCLEAN's TRIM cleaner is a perfect example of how deeply this company cares about creating the best product possible for every part of your car. This professional-grade solution is designed specifically to clean, restore and protect plastic, vinyl and rubber trim on any vehicle.

Why do Canadians need it?

Canadian weather is harsher on trim than any other country in the world. From salt, snow, UV exposure and rapid weather swings, trim get scratched and faded super fast.

This cleaner is specifically formulated to cut through the oily film and contamination created on these materials while being gentle enough to restore them to their initial and intended texture.

How Do I Use It?

  1. Shake well before use.

  2. Spray directly onto a microfiber, scrubbing pad, or the surface itself.

  3. Work the product into the trim using light to medium pressure.

  4. Wipe away excess with a clean, dry microfiber towel.

  5. Repeat for heavily contaminated areas.

  6. For long-term protection, follow with hyperCLEAN TRIM Coating once the surface is fully dry.

The cleaner

The deep clean your trim has never had

TRIM Cleaner goes beyond surface washing. The formula penetrates exterior plastics to pull out deep seated grime, oxidation, and the stubborn buildup left behind by years of trim dressings.

It is the difference between trim that looks temporarily darker and trim that is actually clean.

Years of buildup, out of the plastic.

The purpose

Built to come before the coating

TRIM Cleaner was engineered as the prep step for TRIM Ceramic Coating. A ceramic coating can only bond to what it touches, and old silicone dressings are the number one reason trim coatings fail early.

Even without a coating planned, a proper deep clean restores the original luster of weathered plastic on its own.

Clean plastic is the foundation of a lasting coating.

The application

Work it in, wipe it out

Apply to the trim, agitate with a brush so the formula can penetrate the texture of the plastic, and wipe the grime away. Repeat on heavily weathered pieces until the towel comes away clean.

Follow with Wipe for a final prep pass if you are coating, or step back and enjoy plastic that finally looks its actual color.

Agitate, wipe, repeat until the towel stays clean.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need this if my trim looks okay?

If a dressing has ever touched it, yes. The buildup is invisible until it makes your coating peel, and this is the only step that removes it.

Will it damage surrounding paint?

No. Work with a brush on the trim itself, and rinse any overspray off the paint as you go.

Can I use it as a standalone product?

Absolutely. A deep clean alone makes weathered trim look dramatically better, even if you never coat it.

What do I agitate with?

A stiff detail brush for textured plastic, or a microfiber towel on smooth trim. The texture is where the buildup hides.

What comes after it?

A pass of Wipe if you are coating with TRIM, or nothing at all if you just wanted clean plastic.

Clean plastic, ready for anything.

Strip the years of buildup out of your trim and give the coating a surface it can actually bond to.
